Sorry if this has been asked before (I assume many times, but I couldn't find a search answer).
Can the forum recommend a pub in central(ish) London that I could take my nine year old to watch the ManU game.
We have Sky at hone, but he likes atmosphere, he was the boy who stripped off to reveal the burgundy away kit in the Spurs section 119 yesterday at the end of the game....

I think they go to that one nearly opposite Mornington Crescent tube in the Euston end of Camden these days don't they - Lyttleton Arms now (used to be the Brondes Age a bit further up Camden High St)? TWTD usually has an update a few days before anyway (I live in London but go to all the games myself). | | | |

I can recommend The Blue Crowned Pigeon public house, in Brushfield Street, Spitalfields. It's run by Christopher Ettridge, who brilliantly portrayed the police officer Reg Deadman in Goodnight Sweetheart. | |

I could recommend "The Volley" by Old Street. Relatively new pub I visited a few weeks back, absolutely full of Footy merch (including a bunch of 90's Ipswich panini stickers plastered on the back of the men's toilet door).
Basically everywhere you go there's a screen, and they can play at least 4 different games at once. I happened to stumble upon it on a Champions League night and would happily recommend.
They also have a happy hour where it was £5 a pint, which for Central-ish london is unbelievable value. |  |
