In the summer Ipswich Town signed 21-year-old forward Liam Delap from Manchester City for 15 Million-Pounds, 5 million in add ons for a five-year deal. A lot was said about the price paid for someone who had some challenging spells in the EFL with Stoke City, Preston North End, before showing signs of progress for Hull City in the 2023-2024 season.
