He’s better than the last two seasons where it seemed like the announcers were half asleep.
Particularly sad when we booed our own League One celebrations and the announcer kept repeating the same message saying the teams promotion wouldn’t be celebrated on the pitch because of the fans.

You can’t blame him for announcing what the club had told him to do when we beat Exeter. The club got that one badly wrong and then failed to acknowledge their mistake.

But the threat was meaningless, no one got banned and they still celebrated their promotion on the pitch.

Another minor quibble but I hate that they've ditched announcing the visiting team's line up after they've come out as well. It's hardly worked in creating an intimidating atmosphere or whatever the reasoning is.
