As regards Inflammable Material, I was at a US summer camp around the time it came out and a fellow Brit had a tape of it. We both loved it but the American counsellors were completely shocked by its rawness, punk in the US at that time being unknown outside the underground scene in New York. [Post edited 21 Mar 10:06]
