Well it was 2 days ago but better late than never.

Quite an achievement to have any scientific device working pretty consistently for 35 years. There have been issues, with the mirrors on launch and upgrades but it's been a magnificent tool for research.

Interestingly, with Isaacman being Trump's pick for Administrator, there is some increased hope of saving / rebooting hubble.

Although the likely budget demolition will maybe put pay to it.
