My only niggling concern 08:52 - Aug 24 with 275 views | Zx1988 | Hopefully a win will come in fairly short order, and prove the concern to be unfounded, but I'm not convinced on KMc's ability to coach the side out of a rut. We had those extended poor runs in 22/23 and 23/24, which only seemed to come to an end thanks to a run of very winnable games, and the whole of last season was one prolonged rut. I worry a little that, with there being so little adversity in KMc's first two seasons, he's maybe not got the same level of ability in turning around a slump than would have a more experienced manager. Like I say, hopefully a win against Derby will result in it ceasing to be a worry, but I do worry that the longer we go without winning, the harder it may become to get that win.

My only niggling concern on 09:05 - Aug 24 with 173 views | patrickswell | We had ruts in both the promotion seasons, generally between Christmas and mid February as I remember. I think he will be happier once the window shuts and he knows exactly who he’s got to work with. This window has seemed a real struggle so far, and I think he’s just desperate to get back to concentrating solely on football matches.
