The rule states that clubs must 'ensure their players don't act improperly/provocatively'.
The charge is that we failed.

Sorry if we've been through all this before, but why can't you celebrate when you score a goal? Only the uppity BC fans and players made a thing of it. If I was watching it all back I'd say we have no case to answer. Taking a long time if they're scraping the barrel to find video evidence of our players being out of control. If they really want to highlight the negative then it could be worded “the club will be held responsible should any player act improperly or provocatively towards a match official.”
The charge would then become the club are charged with their player(s) acting improperly or provocatively towards a match official.
A contesting club ought to tie them in knots with quadruple, and even more multiple negatives. | |
