Haven’t had chance to post about Fridays , think it all comes down to that 5 minutes before half time - pretty nothing game up until then , then 2-3 saves from Palmer , then Hirst missed pen , and then they score
If Hirst scores we win - it’s easy to criticise him after missing a penalty but he’s not looked at it for a few games now
Then we go 2 down , we pull 1 back but again 10 minutes to go not enough urgency or zip and that’s my main criticism of this team - too patient in those moments , fine to be patient rest of the time but at 2-1 we should be surging forward and making them panic , especially with the firepower
I still think we will be alright , glad we’ve got a game Tuesday to put that behind us .
