You can't make a load of idiots into a team however good, or in Starmers case bad that you are.
The problems with any Party is that in order to survive they have to have backers.
The Tories have wealthy business men and the Labour party have the Unions and both are beholden to their paymasters.
Consequently that is reflected by the way they govern. Nothing to do with what the plebs want and need as long as the wealthy or the Unions get what they want.
Maybe the best way would be a government subsidised via a levy on the tax payer where they all receive the same amount so as not to be beholden to anyone.
That in turn would stop all these freebies and jobs for the boys during and after their tenure. |  | | |
