I'm trying to work out how they get 0.17 points and I can only think that they get an extra point from a draw with Wednesday and are then docked 0.83 points by the League due to a financial irregularity - but their finances are so fecked that although a clear breach of the rules the effect can be measured in the hundreds rather than the millions ?
