Picking up from Luton airport - best option? 11:29 - Jan 21 with 485 views

Hi all. What's the best way please currently to pick someone up from Luton airport? (Without having to pay a stupid charge like at Stansted to pick up from outside the terminal).

Is it the same as per Stansted? I.e. they jump on a free bus to the Long Stay car park and you go in and collect from there?

This is what Google suggested but I thought I'd ask in case anyone has done it recently. I have to get someone from there on Friday evening.

I believe there is still free drop off and pick up at the mid stay car park opposite the Holiday Inn. It's about 10-15 minutes walk from the airport and there is also a shuttle bus.

Thank you for the reply. I have also now just managed to find on the airport's website itself about the Long Stay option being possible. It doesn't obviously mention the mid-stay one by the way (or I am just being thick and not seeing it), so I wonder if that no longer applies.

This might be the case, the last time I visited was over a year ago. Would suggest going by their website over me!
