Done amazingly.

Important for people to remember they are an exception rather than the rule for promoted sides. They were dog average in the champ the year they went up (and were 2nd best in the PO final as well)

They got recruitment right, but if it was that easy to just throw a load of overseas players at it - everyone would stay up. Wonder how many of their signings Le Bris had contacts with and if it is going to be that easy to replicate.
