Getting to the Den on foot 08:31 - Aug 15 with 743 views

Think I may walk down tonight as looks like a nice evening. Does anybody know how easy it is to access the away end by foot? I would expect security is relatively high so not sure if they only accept away fans off the train or coaches.

The only experience I have is entering via the train station and I know that is cordoned off by a caged walk.

It'll be fine, no big police presence for us. I walked up from New Cross Gate the time before last, it's just like any other away game.

I've walked in from Surrey Quay before and hand no problems. Not a particularly nice area for a twilight stroll. As Steve says it's no worse than walking to Wolves, St Andrews, Villa etc.
