1. Hirst is back 2. Axel is back 3. Philogene has signed 4. We don't have to play City again 5. We're only 1 point from safety 6. We were playing the likes of Forest Green just over 18 month's ago 7. Wolves next set of fixtures 8. We've got super Keiran McKenna 9. Norwich are piss poor!
Without having a dodgy box the cheapest way of watching the game (without going the pub) is £15 for a sky day pass. Does anyone know of any cheaper options?
Yes it's rubbish losing most weeks but you can't fault the players effort tonight, nor the management. The gulf in class is huge and we've done remarkably well to come as far as we can in such a short time. The players need a lift. Big game on Saturday, less enjoy it. There shouldn't be any pressure on us. Less than 3 years ago we were struggling to beat the likes of Wycombe!
Not sure that's great for us as I think they looked like being sucked back into it. Although on the other hand he has kept us a team before in the league so could be a gamble that backfires.
Edit - Just realised this happened yesterday but I was too pissed to notice!
Tough game against Villa today, Van Der Ven will be out and Son not fully fit. An away game in Turkey on Thursday night. Am I clutching at straws here or is this a good time to be playing Spurs?
Can't keep dwelling on Yesterday. Another game in a week's time.
Is today a day for Cam if Dara is out? Seems like a forgotten man but if Everton are going to get in launched today maybe he's better than Woolfy to deal with that.
Really great to hear a manager of his calibre talk with so much respect about us as a club and Portman Road. Really shows how far we've come. Makes you feel proud!
Personally I'd go 3 at the back for this one. Going to have to be resolute for long periods.
Muric to return in goal, Johnson for the injured burns and Smzodics in for Chappers.
Muric Axel Woolf Greaves Johnson Luongo Morsy Leif Hutch Smzodics Delap
Personally I'd probably take a good performance and another small defeat. A good result from the Fulham game and I think we'd go into the international break with lots of confidence, despite not picking up too many points.
Looking at all the posts re now TV etc, I'm assuming a lot of people will be going to the pub to watch the Liverpool game.
I'll be looking for somewhere in North London to watch it. Anyone else in this neck of the woods who will be heading out to the pub? Would be good to go somewhere with some town fans.
Is it beneficial for us to sign players before the end of the month? I've seen it mentioned somewhere but I thought the urgency was on the selling clubs who we were potentially going to be in breach
Why does everyone keep saying it's likely to be the Netherlands? We could play the third place team from D/E/F. Why would it automatically be the Netherlands. Is there a rule on which out of those groups we would be matched with?
