Given all the food related threads on here lately some might be interested in listening to this:

The part on using insects was also very interesting and something I don't have any issues with. I don't know where other members would stand on this though.

It's actually quite interesting how they found out what makes meat taste like meat and how they found the same molecule (heime) in soy root systems. It's a good listen.
