Dozzell unlikely to go out on loan 15:43 - Aug 16 with 469 viewsVic

Hurst: Better That Doz Stays With Us 16th Aug 2018 15:24
Blues boss Paul Hurst says he’s almost made the decision that midfielder Andre Dozzell won’t be allowed out on loan, tests having shown that the England U19 international, who missed all but the first 45 minutes of last season having ruptured a cruciate knee ligament, is currently potentially at risk of aggravating his injury. 15

Hurst sheds light on Dozzer's situation and what he says explains why he hasn't featured. Excellent to hear the impact of all the sports science stuff is having on decisions. This sort of thing will hopefully halt our terrible injury reoccurance record of the last few seasons

Another reason to be glad of the change

Indeed, and interesting that a number of people on here poopooed the notion that we could be doing things wrong which could end up exacerbating the injuries.

I bet Bloots will downarrow this.
