Glad to see Lambert praising the youngsters 21:26 - Oct 31 with 657 viewsFixed_It

One of my first concerns with PH was when he said something along the lines of 'I was told that some of them are good players, but they aren't' (I'm sure someone can dig out the exact quote). Not only was this demotivating for some of the youngsters, but also an indirect criticism of the judgement of the coaches already at the Club. Not a great way to endear himself, and another example of him trying to stamp his authority.
Lambert will hopefully be more willing to embrace the quality of our home-grown players, and this can only be good for their development and our future.

The big disappointment and when alarm bells rang with Hursy for me was when he started shipping the of Woolfie on loan to 'get experience' repacking them with players with less championship experience than they had

just didn't seem right
