Fat cats will be alright. Meanwhile the little clubs like Port Vale, Scunthorpe etc will go to the wall (as will many local businesses).
The Premier Clubs should agree to pass on their proportion of revenue to the lower league clubs in an enhanced solidarity payment.

Perhaps the answer is that this season does not count but everyone starts next season with a points bonus or deficit depending on how far above or below the average they are.
