This is what happens on 13:34 - Apr 30 with 955 views | Steve_M | Brazil may have the worst outcome of any country from this, not only an erratic self-indulgent president but without the robustness - such that it is - of the rest of the US government. And then the count of victims will be likely an under-count due to the geography of the country and lack of care about the peripheral regions.

It’s a shocking article and I think you may be right re victims, but it’s something we’ll never know. A big part of dealing with this for many places, especially the corrupt / totalitarian countries, is hiding the figures (assuming they can even collate them) and controlling what the people are told. E.g. China’s laughable stats. People living on the margins in countries like Brazil don’t matter and don’t technically exist sadly, so I dread to think what the true outcome will be.

Altho we don't really know where Brazil are, given the lack of testing, uncoordinated collection of data and a central government who are trying to undermine the more proactive regional Governors.
