Maybe this us the problem with modern day footballers . They have far too much time on their hands . Yes, it shows that despite not having the footballer's privileges, and he's working on a building site, that happiness is more achievable for him - and appreciating having a 'normal' day has meant his sleep pattern has been better - which no doubt helps with his health too. | |
