It's a desktop version of the mobile game with new features.

Not sure about it, I love the mobile version (up to 123,000 now with Vengir) but it's nice because it's a simple version of Civ one can play quickly.

If you want a more complicated version then it starts competing against Civ which is too complicated for me to be bothered to play anymore.

Might still give it a go though!
