Another Ifollow question 14:30 - Oct 17 with 356 views

Season ticket holder - got the code for the game

The instructions say click on next match then 'buy video pass'

There's no option for that on my set up, just goes straight to watch live and there is a stream of the warm ups.

Am concerned that at kick off it will drop off and I will be left without a stream to watch.

Anyone else not been able to 'buy video pass?'

PS Ifollow chat support is crap and less than helpful

ive had exactly the same. Have they decided to just recognise that you are a registered season ticket holder and dropped having to put in a code?
