It's about proper pay to help you live rather than just the bare minimum to survive, and has been signed up to by more than 7000 UK employers including 2/5 of the FTSE 100.
Anyway, this school decided to make a music video for it, and it's absolutely brilliant considering the lack of production budget and the fact it's a bunch of kids. 50% of the parents of these kids are in social care and on the minimum wage, so the kids thought they'd do something about it.

Same with the poorest countries in the world. We've all had the sh1t scared out of us with the pandemic. When it's over do we go back to normal and forget a large portion of the world doesn't have access to basic healthcare, food, clean water and proper shelter? I don't see how we can stop the pandemic and then go back to normal. Rich countries need to up the foreign aid budget, redirect it to the right areas and actually tackle some of these problems.
