It's hard to judge with the Covid break but we do seem very badly off.

That doesn't excuse Lambert's poor performance since his time here.

It's one big factor of many within the club. Sometimes it can be consistent with the approach of a manager and the staff he's brought in but it does appear there is something deeper-set about it in our case. What happens at ITFC is simply not happening at other clubs and, whoever is in charge in the short or medium term, it really needs fixing as it's quite literally crippling us.
