How incompetent is the management of this club 17:53 - Jan 19 with 560 views

Why do we have 8 or 9 players who can play as attacking midfielders/wingers? And potentially 1 more! 9 or 10 fighting for a couple of positions is absolutely ridiculous.

Why have key areas such as wingbacks/holding midfielders not been targeted?

Lambert is utterly clueless. The thinking from him - if you can call it that - is clearly that we aren't creating chances so we need to sign more attacking/creative players. The problem is we have players who should be good enough in those roles already at the club and we're not creating chances because we're set up so poorly. We're also lacking in key areas that could support our attacking play, such as our full backs. It's ridiculous really. Thomas and Harrop may well be good players and it might be they pick us up some points with their individual quality, but it won't address our underlying problems.
