I think there was an argument for this when we were first relegated but it would have meant everyone accepting that we'd have to expect a lengthy stay in the lower division ..... hang on a minute!

Reduce the playing staff to about 20. Has beens, conference players, rejected youths from massive clubs like Lincoln and Crewe. Sell the training ground so the money can ‘go back into the club’ ðŸ˜ƒ. Get rid of the youth set up and staff. Cut the admin staff and first team coaches to one. Sell the pictures and the boardroom table, flog the seats from half the ground as souvenirs and demolish one stand for scrap.

Or how about go part time now? Many clubs in the Conference are and given that’s where we are going, why not get the budgeting right now?

Depends? In an ideal world I think almost every single senior player out of contract this Summer would be released. But, that means you've got to have a good scouting regime to find good replacements and a good manager to direct who they're looking for. We ... do not.
