I use 'Fasthosts' for my company e-mail.

However, sometimes I find that occasional sent e-mails don't reach recipients or even get into their junk or spam folder.

Last time this happened, a friend told me to get Fasthosts to check my 'SPF records' are upto date. This solved the problem, but its concerning that its happened again.

Does anyone else have experience with Fasthosts, are they any good? Would you recommend an alternative as being more reliable?

Fasthosts doesn't have the best rep, but as it happens I use them for my email.

I think the standard advice is to move to Google or Microsft 365, but I've never got around to it.
