It's more that with the general level of investment at ITFC we shouldn't be 10 points behind Lincoln.

Once they are playing as a team we should see it. We are currently less than the sum of our parts but many sides are playing as teams and more than the sum of their parts.

A big part of the problem is the size of the squad and lack of any cohesion/partnerships/tactics. I am confident we will get better as Cook spends time working with them.
