He's probably the pick of Rochdale's team. I believe he was linked with a Championship move in the summer. They have got a fairly decent academy. Baah signed with Man City in January before being loaned back to Rochdale. O'Connell is a reliable centre-half and I believe Aaron Morely is another bright spark coming through.

They don't need to try against us though.

He's probably not actually that good, just looks good because we are so poor.
