I have just purchased some season tickets using the monthly dd option and thought the payments would be over 10 months (that’s what the ticket office said in June) but on the schedule it is only 8 payments with the last being taken on 1st April. Is that normal or should I contact the ticket office?
Also on the tickets section it only shows 4 of the season tickets for the first game yet I purchased 5. The missing one is my dads over 65s one but it shows from the second home come?

No idea about the second thing but the first point is probably because we’re 2 months into the direct debit 10 months. So instead of being split into 10, it’s into 8 as you’ve missed two months.

Thanks, I didn’t realise the 10 months started from June. I had assumed that it was 10 months from when you purchased the tickets but can see now that the payments have to be made before the end of the season. Probably didn’t help that I got them at the end of the month so no time to start the dd in August. You have saved me a call to the ticket office
