League 1 Stats 21:42 - Oct 10 with 690 views

Just had a look and noticed that although the top scorers have 9 and at least 12 players have 5 or more, the top assists have only 4.

It was also interesting to note that Norwood (clearly to a large degree through lack of pitch time) has 4.29 assists per 90 minutes! Mind you he has 2 bookings which is 8.57 per 90 minutes so statistically he would be sent off before getting most of those assists were he to play 90 minutes!

Stats can be funny things.

Quite a lot of goals don't generate assists. Chaplin's yesterday won't have, Whalley's may not have done either.
