Fairly obvious given a little lash out at some Pompey journos, Quest TV guy recently and just general comments in interviews....
Not reacting well to people querying team progression, performance and results.
Think he's pretty entrenched in his view that it was going to take time, and the criticism didn't match elements of the performance.
But some of the criticism is valid and its part of the role now. But I do think the 'project' and spending has increased the pressure to another level on him.
But surely time, as someone said on Twitter, to start showing the guy some love, and building that connection he feels is so critical... a happy and settled Cook is part of our future

Course he's feeling the pressure - he knows we need to be there or thereabouts this season and we are in the bottom half.
A big chunk of the fans are much more patient than the owners will be - and Cook knows that. He'll be delighted with last night but won't be dwelling on it, he knows if he doesn't follow it up with a win he'll be under pressure again |  |
