A tip I was given by a fireman nearly forty years ago.

Don't call the police, report at fire at the premises in question. By the time the fire brigade have trampled through the place, the party will be over.

Got the police out in the end. Had a nice chat with them at midnight saying enjoy your party but pls be a bit quieter. Anyway they partied till 5am then fighting in their house. Police came soon after.
