There's no way back to Ipswich by train without an overnight stay somewhere....unless you leave the game shortly after half-time.

It’s about a half hour walk to the station in Doncaster and at 23:00 you are unlikely to make it with your wallet as some of the areas are a bit dodgy. That time of night there would be no connecting train at Peterborough or Liverpool Street to get to ipswich. So you will need to overnight somewhere. You you leave around 6 ish in the morning you could Mack it back to ipswich around 9. Having said all that the cost of the train tickets would be proberbly more than petrol todo the trip.
