For me, in terms of individual ability that 11 is our best 11. Questionable whether they come together as our strongest, more consistent team. But if we could get them playing cohesively there's the maximum number of game changers.

Well, with the exception of Carroll (although he grew into it too).

If you cast your mind back to how poorly our rotated squads did in the FA cup, I think today's victory says so much more than just the score line. McKenna's first test in the rotation department, and he passed.

We started slow, but not outrageously poor, perhaps a bit lucky to go in with at 1-1. We ended the game looking like we deserved our points.

The only slight niggle I have is I think Burns got a little bit over-excited with his shots in the 2nd half, but I am pleased Chaplin's goal avoided it becoming a major talking point.

Lee Evans warm-up injury promoting Tom Carroll into the starting line-up appears to have caused a bit of a hiccup for the first 20 minutes or so, Tom Carroll was my MOM today, with Celina and Chaplin pushing him very close. Great team performance but it is the squad performance that will get us into the play-offs, not a fixed starting 11.
