After 46 games you can't argue where you've finish in the league and I doubt very much if we'll be in that top 6 come May. We might have better players on paper, but the decent sides in L1 are collectively more effective than us and have greater resilience. They find ways to win or get draws in matches where they have been outplayed. Typically, we start off poorly and in the main play the rest of the game like that while looking less and less of a threat and end up unsurprisingly with nothing. Looking at our defeats, many of those games have been like that and that's why we aren't doing anything again this season. 10 defeats and we aren't even in February speaks volumes. |  |
