The question that’s got to be asked is: why can’t WE score from corners? The last two matches we’ve had plenty but never even looked like getting a near miss. It’s the key weakness in McKenna’s reign so far.

Corners are statistically a 20-1 chance of a goal, although crowds over-rate them as they get excited about a ball going into a crowded box. A direct header like today is even rarer - either poor marking or just a great leap by the Oxonian.
