I’m not that sure that we will be under the radar. Players, supporters, pundits will all be aware that we will have a good budget, good manager, good crowds etc so there will be a lot of expectation that we will do well.

The only thing in our favour is that other clubs etc would have got used to us being in L1. Whereas Derby will be the ‘new big club’ where players will be up for it.

It's still not clear they'll even start the season. The current funding runs out this weekend. Morris is digging his heals in on the price of the stadium which is well outside the Councils range to buy and Kirchner not interested. Ashley sniffing around but that could take weeks to sort out and unclear what would happen in the interim.
