Long drive ahead tomorrow had planned to use trains as it would have been cheeper than a tank full of petrol, but needs must.

Mine and the lads first trip as season ticket holders. He's never really been into football like I was, but he came to three games with me last season and has been asking me all summer when we are going back.

We need a real statement of intent tomorrow I think to set out our stall and get us off on the right foot, and get out of this dog sh^t league.

I wasn’t sure if you’d train it or not.

I bit the bullet and have taken the plunge on trains, it’s only the GA part for me that’s affected as SWR aren’t on strike, I’m fully prepared to miss the 17.41 and end up getting the next one. If the worst comes to the worst I’ll walk over to chantry and stay at my mums house (she’s away at the moment).

Network railcard purchased yesterday and working it out today after tomorrow it will have paid for itself as the train ticket and £20 railcard is 10p more expensive than the equivalent fuel would be at today’s prices

GWR is the main part for me and their on strike together with GA. The last few strikes, there's been no service at all to or from Cheltenham.

I could have driven to Hillingdon and then tubed over to Liverpool Street, but decided not to risk it.
