Insight on how Idris El Mizouni is doing at Leyton Orient 15:35 - Dec 6 with 2149 viewsrossmediauk

Had a good chat with a Orient podcast to get some insight on how on loan midfielder Idris El Mizouni is getting on with top of League Two Leyton Orient

Do you think he has a future at Town?

I went to a Leyton Orient game in the Papa Johns against Sutton United, think it was September. He came on and looked absolutely fantastic. Both teams played really well but he looked a cut above most there, controlling the midfield in a relaxed and assured manner. I know we expect Camara and Evans to come back but they will still be carrying those injuries and the risks around them. Personally, I think we need to recall him in January and it will take a huge amount of pressure off Humphreys and Morsy.

Absolutely, he does. He's showing similar form to Ebou Adams last season and he skipped League One entirely.

Wouldn't be surprised if he already has a few suitors from higher divisions.

Unless we've got a really high quality replacement lined up already for Dom Ball I think we might see him back here in January. Instant squad depth, someone who's playing well regularly and who knows all our patterns of play, no additional budget required.

I think bring him back if we can. Pretty much a no brainer for me. He’s clearly done brilliantly at Orient and the attritional nature of L1 means he will get his chance.

That assumes there is space squad size wise and depends on how long term the long term injuries actually are.
