Maybe it's just the marked difference with Fleetwood, but Posh were tough to work with in the first half and got far too many decisions in the second. Worrying to lose JD again, but KVY was fine once he got into it.
Their keeper was spilling stuff everywhere and Freddie's goal was perfectly fine. Keeper knew he'd messed up yet the ref put himself into the situation yet again, same as the penalty he booked Morsy for.
Enjoyed watching us make some chances and Aluko looking fit and firing. His shot in the first half looked destined to in when he shaped up, not sure how he caught it though to miss.
Nice to see Evans talk about game management as a discussion in training and it being applied better today. Disappointing to concede like that, Walton let down by his defenders and then flapped a tad but nice for it not to matter this week. |  |
