I see the Telegraph are still peddling the line that this is a dangerous act and puts lives at risk, conveniently ignoring the hundreds (thousands?) of lives lost EVERY WEEK as a result of the failures in governance.

Sobering listen on BBC More Or Less at the moment, with studies suggesting that delays in ED are being linked to as many as 500 excess deaths a week at the tail end of last year.
