When did this become an exercise of investigative journalism more demanding than the trials of Watergate? I just want a phone to check messages, take the odd photo and waste time on TWTD ðŸ˜

I don't like the big lumps they're churning out these days, so that was the best compromise between size and performance I could find. I doubt I'll enjoy any more than any other though, but that was kind of the point of the post - you've got all these options and reviews you seem to need to trawl through, but at the end of the day it doesn't really matter.

My last new iPhone lasted 9 years, so if this manages close to that I'll be ok cost-wise.
