I think the password thing is something to do with your VPN. The reset link never works on laptop. Trick is to try and log in on your phone, then do the reset using your phone. Once you have reset you can log on via the device with the VPN. | |

Yep, not on a VPN, had to reset my password but only get the audio pass option, no vid, v disappointing. Guardian match notifications and the EADT updates only in that case. COYB! | | | |
