Just opening a station next to the stadium, Reading Green Park. Won’t improve the soulless stadium but maybe would have helped get there and escape.
Would have been my closest match but not sorry they’re down.

That’s my random input of the day.

Much needed. Although the bus replacement service would still get clogged in the horrendous traffic around that place.

I’m a bit miffed they’re not an option next year, but as you say it’s not a particularly nice or interesting ground/club.

Poll: Do you think Pert is key to all of this?

I've been to a few stations after away matches and it can get a bit scary.
It's good to be near the platform edge to get on first and maybe get a seat but if the platform was filling up quickly and there was no sign of a train I tended to move away from the edge just in case.
That was mainly grounds in London.

I don't see a crowd issue at league 1 Reading.

Don't believe a word I say. I'm only kidding. Or am I?

Hopefully it won’t be like the one near Coventry’s stadium that used to advise supporters not to use it on a match day. Not sure if that is still the case.
