Narrow and shorten the training pitches this week.. and just tell the starting 11 that many of them only have 60mins - so go ballistic.

The QPR fan base are fragile at present, get into their team and they'll get restless.

This is the first game we're going into where most fans expect 3 points. I think it will be a lot harder than people think but if we play to our strengths we can definitely win it.
