Good to see our glorious MP at it again 16:06 - Nov 9 with 1192 viewsthebooks

This time blindly retweeting the utter lunatics at the Safe Schools Alliance to have a go at Northgate.

Obviously, he hasn’t bothered to speak to the school at any point, even when they invited him in.

Again, great work all you who voted him in. Great stuff.

The Safe Schools Alliance sound as unhinged as the Moms for Liberty group over here. A group who openly call for book burning. In the year 2023. Great stuff.

The thing that makes me laugh with the anti-woke narrative from Tories is they talk about this stuff as if it was Labour's doing. It was their Government that fully legalised gay marriage, self identification in terms of gender, gender transitioning counselling and treatments (within reason) on the NHS, being able to legally change gender and so on. It's just distraction tactics for the benefit of their voters, there is no such thing as woke and if there is, surely they are the chief wokers as they have made the laws/rights to enable more freedom and equality for the LGBTQ communities. In fact the LGBTQ wing of the Tories is bigger than the Christian one these days. They are fully behind it. Has Tom Hunt ever voted against any of it in office?

No, the gay marriage legislation did not get a majority of Tory MPs voting for it

They mainly abstained and/or voted against it. It was Labour MPs votes that got the legislation passed, albeit a Tory PM (Cameron) who introduced it.

Am sure today many of those MPs will have left parliament or changed their minds but they absolutely did not support gay marriage legislation when it was introduced.
