I used to have to shake the bottle to make the sauce less viscous, now I need to shake it to make it more so.

I think it's a bit spicier than it used to be... I guess you could always get a batch that is slightly different to the norm... I like HP on bacon sandwiches, Tomato ketchup on sausage sandwiches.. Them's the rules.
