What obvious question?

If it's "Are we about to sign a striker and if so who?", the answer is equally obvious: "I'm not going to tell you." (tho probably phrased a bit less bluntly than that). McKenna isn't going to blurt out details of perhaps finely-balanced negotiations - which aren't really his department anyway - to the assembled media, in-house or otherwise.

Hes normally quite open if there is anything close and its normally a blunt no and move into next question so it's quite often relevant to the line of questio ing especially when talkng about ladapos exit
