I am desperate to fix my old iPhone (5s) after I dropped it and it decided to stop working and go into what I believe is a bootloop. I have many precious photo/video files as well as notes on there and I'm really hoping to get the phone fixed so I can regain access to it and salvage those files before ultimately replacing it.
I've read up on ArmaFone — would anybody on here recommend them? I know they seem to be based in Ipswich and they have a shop at the Sainsbury's in Stanway so I would probably go there as that would be their closest location to me.
Thanks for any advice/recommendations.

Can't speak for them but had a similar-ish situation a few months ago when I dropped my old iPhone (se) and after the iPhone store in town wouldn't/couldn't fix it as it was too old (so they may well say yours is as well) they advised I took it to Acefast on Spring Road. At least one of the main guys in there is an ex-Apple technician and specialises in older phones so they know what they're doing and sorted my issue out within a few hours.
Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand.
